Scott made us aebleskivers this morning, maybe we need to make this a tradition, YUMMY!For those of you reading this who don't know what an aebleskiver is, it is a Danish food that both Scott and I grew up eating since we both have Danish heritage. After we were married and his mom made them one time they were so surprised that I knew what they were since most don't and I couldn't believe that someone other than my family made them either. Clearly, we were meant to be together :)! My kids call them pancake balls which is a pretty good description.
